Progression routes

From Professional certified to Degrees

After completing the short courses, students have many career opportunities and can participate in the academic program to get a degree from Paris-U with a unique tuition and credit conversion system.

LAS’s Short Courses program complies with the Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF) of the United Kingdom and the European Qualification Framework (EQF) of the EU, making it easy for LAS’s qualifications to be recognized at the level above the certification.

As an accredited and recognized by Paris-U, short course certificates are not only widely accepted in the labor market, but can also convert credits and fees into corresponding Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. programs of Paris-U.

To enter Paris-U’s Academic Programs, students need to meet the entry conditions specified by each program.

Progression Process

Step 1
Study to get Professional Certified

Upon completion of the program, you will receive a LAS certificate with credit and level recognition documents from Paris-U.

Step 2
Transfer credits and fee to Academic Programs

Convert credits and tuition from LAS short courses to Paris-U's Academic program at the corresponding level before the open day.

Step 3
Study the rest of the courses of Academic programs

Students will study according to the schedule of the Paris-U program and do not have to repeat the credits converted in step 2.

Step 4
Get academic degree of Paris-U

Completing the program, students will receive a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree based on the program of study.

International Standards Board

International Standard Board is the joint committee between LAS, Paris-U, Paris-U university’s partners… to develop industry standards for short courses and review credit transfers into Paris-U’s Academic program.
